28 Days till 28 May: Breaking bad habits and forming good ones in 28 Days

It takes 28 days to break a habit and form a better, healthier one. Part of this process is identifying what habits need to be broken, and how we can replace them with habits that will serve us positively. That’s where #28DaysTill28May with Eat Well Live Well comes into play!

With World Nutrition Day coming up on 28 May, we’re on a mission to help Mzansi break bad habits and form new, better ones…in just 28 Days. 

From the 1st of May until the 28th of May, alongside our Eat Well Live Well guide “Gurumbi”, we’ll be sharing tips, inspiration and motivation to help you navigate this new wellness journey. 

Overeating or an unbalanced plate, we’ll help you ditch the bad habits and replace them with better ones like more regular exercise and drinking the 8 recommended glasses of water a day. Every change is a step closer to finding a balance for a healthier, happier you.
