3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup honey, creamed or liquid
1/4 cup canola oil
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups Golden Cloud Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- In a large bowl, mash bananas with honey, oil, egg & vanilla. Add flour, soda and salt.
- Divide batter among 12 paper-lined muffin cups, filling them almost full.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
