Green Smoothie Bowl

1 sliced banana, preferably frozen

½ avocado

½ cup frozen blueberries

1/3 cup almond milk

1-2 handfuls spinach

1-2 handfuls kale

Topping ideas:

Jungle Energy Crunch Muesli

Goji berries

Cacao nibs

Frozen fruit

Chia seeds

Sliced banana

Drizzled almond butter

Mixed butter


  1. Blend all ingredients for the smoothie in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings. Enjoy.
