Green Bean Mash

Cooking Time: 5 min Preparation Time: 10 min Serves: 2 people
a prepared Green Bean Mash meal

1 can KOO Cross Cut Green Beans, drained

1 1/2 Large potato, peeled and sliced

1 onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp butter

Salt and white pepper to taste

Serve with lightly toasted Albany Bread


In a pot, bring the onion and potato to a boil. Once soft, drain to remove all excess liquid.

Add the green beans and mash together whilst still hot.

Add in the butter and season with salt and pepper.
