Banana Oat Bars

Cooking Time: 25 min Preparation Time: 5 min Serves: 10 bars
a prepared Banana Oat Bars meal

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 cups Jungle Oats

¼ cup of maple syrup

½ tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 pinch of cloves

3 tbsp chopped walnuts


1. Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. It should be sticky, and be able to be easily formed.

2. Preheat your oven to 170°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and take the mixture and form into a rectangular shape.

3. Place into the oven and cook for about 20-25 minutes or until it is firm, but has a slight bounce to it. Let cool, then slice into bars.
