2 slices Albany White Bread
1 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
2 slices smoked turkey breast
KOO Lite Peach Slices, cut into slices
1 tbsp Hugo's Mixed Fruit Jam
50 g gouda cheese, sliced thinly
Mint leaves, for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Toast bread in toaster until golden brown.
- Spread with the butter and top with the turkey, peach slices, jam and cheese.
- Place on a greaseproof paper lined baking sheet and cook for 5 - 8 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Garnish with mint.
