Ingredients

500ml carrot juice, chilled

200g pineapple

2 bananas, broken into chunks

Small piece ginger, peeled

20g cashew nuts

2 tbsp Rose’s Lime Cordial

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Drink straight away or pour into a bottle to drink on the go.

  3. Will keep in the fridge for a day.*
