450 g broccoli
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
450 g Fatti's & Moni's Pasta Quills, cooked
- Cook broccoli in boiling water, 3-5 minutes until just tender.
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat and add garlic. Cook over medium heat until just golden for about 2 minutes.
- Add drained broccoli and red pepper flakes, and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add hot sauce to cooked pasta. Toss and serve.
