Ingredients

1 can KOO Chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/2 tsp ground cumin

2 tsp vegetable oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp ground hot paprika

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200° C.

2. Toss chickpeas with spices and oil - make sure it's coated evenly.

3. Place on baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes or until golden.

4. Let cool and serve.
