Peach Pie Smoothie Bowl

1 ¼ cups KOO Lite Peach Slices

¼ cup coconut cream (or non-dairy milk)

2 dates, pitted

2 frozen bananas, sliced

¼ tsp cinnamon

Handful of ice

¼ cup non-dairy milk (as needed for consistency)


Peach slices

Jungle Oats

Chia seeds or chia cereal blend

Unsweetened shredded coconut


Cacao nibs


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend, slowing adding non-dairy milk by the tablespoon as needed to get the right consistency (thicker than a smoothie, not as thick as nice cream).

  2. Continue to blend until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are incorporated.

  3. Pour into two bowls and add toppings as desired.
