Lentil Chickpea Falafel Burger

Ingredients

1 cup KOO Chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1 cup KOO Lentils, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup Jungle Oats

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, peeled and chopped

1 whole egg

1 tsp unrefined sea salt

Grating of fresh black pepper

1 tsp dried origanum

1/2 tsp dried turmeric

1/2 cup chopped cucumber

Handful fresh chopped parsley

Method

1. Place all ingredients in bowl of medium food processor, and process until smooth.

2. Remove from food processor and put contents in bowl. Add cucumbers and parsley.

3. Heat non-stick griddle to medium.

4. Shape into 4 evenly sized patties & coat with a bit of coconut oil.

5. Cook patties until golden on both sides.
