English Pea Salad

a prepared English Pea Salad meal

2 large hard boiled eggs

1 yellow pepper

50 g cheddar cheese

1/2 cup Crosse & Blackwell Mayonnaise

1/2 sour cream

3 tbsp dried basil

2 tbsp finely chopped red onion

2 tbsp cherry pepper

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp seasoned salt

1 tsp granulated garlic

1 tsp freshly ground pepper

2 dash hot sauce

2 cans KOO Fresh Garden Peas


  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the peas, mixing well.

  2. Stir in the peas.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 10 hours or overnight.

  4. Serve at room temperature.
