2/3 cup Jungle Oats
1 cup water
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp coconut sugar
Fresh coconut chunks
- In a pot, over a high heat, bring the water and coconut milk to a boil.
- Add in the oats and stir continuously over a low heat (gentle simmer).
- Add the coconut sugar and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked oats into a bowl and add your toppings.
