15 whole pitted dates
3/4 cup raw whole almonds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
100 g Beacon Dark chocolate
- Combine all the ingredients in food processor. Pulse until dough begins to form.
- Stop & scrape the sides of the bowl. Pulse again until most of the almond pieces are broken and the dough is easy to form.
- Roll into small balls (about the size of I teaspoon).
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave and lightly drizzle over bites with a spoon.
- Serve immediately. You can also store in refrigerator or at room temperature in a closed container.
