6 tbsp plain yoghurt
1 tsp Colman's Mustardr
2 tbsp Crosse & Blackwell Mayonnaise
1/2 white cabbage, grated
2 carrots, grated
1/2 onion, grated or finely chopped
- In a bowl, mix together the yoghurt, mustard and mayonnaise.
- Add in the vegetables and stir through. Will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
