Chocolate Avocado Filled Cannelloni

a prepared Chocolate Avocado Filled Cannelloni meal


11 g cocoa powder

58 g castor sugar

5 Golden Cloud Flour

33 g melted butter

50 g egg whitest

Avocado Filling:

3 small avocados

1/3 c cocoa powder

1/3 c honey

3 tbsp coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

Pinch salt


  1. For the cannelloni: Combine all the dry ingredients. Combine all the wet ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and blend until a paste forms. Spread onto a prepared baking tray and bake at 160°C for 15 minutes. Cut cannelloni into strips. Shape cannelloni into cylinders while still warm and workable.

  2. For the chocolate avocado filling: Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  3. To assemble: Put the chocolate avocado filling into a piping bag and pipe the mixture into the cylinders.

  4. Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
