Ingredients

1/4 cup Jungle Ultra Energy Chocolate/ Original

1/3 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 banana (frozen/ fresh)

1 tbsp Black Cat no added sugar, no added salt peanut butter

1 tsp honey

1 tbsp Brookes Tru-lem Lemon Juice

1/4 cup greek/ full cream yoghurt

Method

1. Add all ingredients into blender.

2. Top with ice water to desired quantity.

3. Blend until smooth and combined.

4. Serve and enjoy!
