1 cup Jungle Oats
3 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup real maple syrup
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Dash of vanilla
Sea salt, chocolate chips or any other toppings of your choice
- Cook oats according to package instructions (cook oats in milk for an extra creamy flavor).
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the maple syrup, cinnamon & vanilla. Let it cook for a bit until lightly foamy & bubbly.
- Add in the bananas & simmer for a few minutes on each side until soft & plump.
- Remove from heat and stir in half the bananas into the oats, reserve the rest for topping.
