Blueberry Overnight Oats Bowl

Ingredients

Overnight oats:

1 banana

1 tbsp nut butter (or almond)

Ground cinnamon

1 tsp chia seeds

1/2 cup Jungle Oats

1/2 cup nut milk


Smoothie:

1/3 pineapple (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 kiwi

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 tsp hemp superfood powder


Toppings:

Pomegranate

Blueberries

Desiccated coconut

Cacao nibs

Sunflower seeds

Method

1. For the oats: Mash the banana, nut butter, chia seeds and cinnamon together in a bowl

2. Add the rolled oats and mix well

3. Add the nut milk and mix to an even consistency

4. Place a plate over the bowl leave it in the fridge overnight

5. For smoothie: Add all the ingredients in a smoothie maker, blend it, pour it over the overnight oats, add the toppings and enjoy!
