Beef & Vegetables Stuffed Peppers

6 green or red bell peppers

200 g extra lean ground beef

1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp chopped cherry pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 can KOO Whole Kernel Corn, drained

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp prepared mustard

KOO Tomato Paste


  1. Cut a slice off the top of each pepper.

  2. In a small bowl, combine beef, onions, cherry pepper, salt, pepper, and corn.

  3. Spoon this mixture evenly into peppers.

  4. Stand peppers in a slow cooker.

  5. Combine worcestershire, mustard, and tomato paste, and pour over peppers.

  6. Cover, cook on low for 5-6 hours.
