Apple & Sultana Porridge

a prepared Apple & Sultana Porridge  meal

100 g Jungle Oats

500 ml skimmed milk

1 can KOO Unsweetened Pie Apple Slices

100 g sultana

1 tbsp brown sugar, to serve


  1. In a small pan, cook the oats and milk, stirring for 3 minutes until almost creamy.

  2. Stir in the apples and sultanas and cook for another minute or until the porridge is thick and creamy.

  3. Ladle into bowls, sprinkle with sugar and eat immediately.
